Benfleet Camera Club - External Competitions
EXTERNAL COMPETITIONS
Secretaries: Nick Ford and Tim Sharman
With the new seasons External Competitions and Print Battles now upon us The External Competition Secretaries Nick Ford & Tim Sharman will be asking for prints both Colour & Black& White and colour Slides for this year’s forthcoming External Competitions. We will be asking for specific prints and slides from members in the main but if we have a shortage then we will ask for other submissions.
The first competition is:
The Barking Photographic Society Coleman Trophy for Black & White Prints to be held on 16th October and we need 6 Black & White prints (2 per author and not more than 2 years old) for entry by 2nd October 2008
The second competition is:
The six-club colour slide battle and we need 8 colour slides (2 per author and not more than 2 years old). We would ask if the following slides can be provided for this competition plus a second one from Nick Halling and Ursula Fuller (the Avocet slide version) or different authors

Young Orang-Utang by Ursula Fuller
The third competition is:
The Rosebowl on 30th October 2008 with 6 prints(3 colour-3 B&W no larger than 20” x 16”) & 6 colour slides to be submitted by 11/12th October 2008 (again 2 prints per author and 2 slides per author (although same author can submit 2 prints and 2 slides) and not more than 2 years old)
Further details can be obtained from Tim Sharman or Nick Ford who will be asking either on the website or in person at the club for Prints and slides as the competitions arise.
