Chelmsford Camera Club Challenge Shield
A six-print panel competition on Saturday, 10th October, involving 11 clubs.
Benfleet entered 2 six print panels in the Chelmsford Challenge Shield panel Competition held on Saturday 10 th October at the Springfield Parish Hall, Springfield, Chelmsford. Our entries were “Endangered Species” by Martin Eldridge and “Music” by Geoff Fawell, the Judge, Joy Hancock FRPS had entries from 14 clubs as far as Harlow, Ipswich, Clacton, Benfleet, etc and many of the entries were superb. The judge commented very favourably on our entries, saying they were well thought out and the “statement of intent” that went with them reflected the subject well, but given the stiff competition from so wide a range of clubs we did not win. The winners this year were:
1st HARLOW CC
